The "curse" of King Tut is a modern invention inspired by the sudden death of Lord Carnarvon caused by an infected mosquito bite! Tutankhamun did not curse the archaeologists who discovered his tomb, and, in fact, most of those archaeologists lived to a ripe old age. Remember, every year thousands of tourists visit his tomb, and show absolutely no ill-effects from the "curse."
